About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit Abstract & Notary vendors
- Be responsible for the creation & maintenance of Abstract & Notary Vendor Profiles
- Interact with ServiceLink’s vendor panel to manage fees and billing requirements
- Reconcile Vendor payments in accordance with ServiceLink requirements
- Work with vendors, as well as staff and other associated outside agencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Practical work experience within real estate industry.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe
