Client Services Representative
ServiceLinkClient Services Representative managing inquiries via phone and email in the mortgage services industry. Required to have customer service experience, preferably in banking or real estate.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to phone inquiries using Cisco Finesse
- Review email inquiries.
- Refer unresolved inquiries to designated department or supervisor for review.
- Identify, research and resolve inquiries
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate or construction industry
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- The ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Real Estate, Construction or Banking background preferred
- Experience with Cisco Finesse
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
