About the role
- Recruit new qualified vendors to be added into the database
- Maintain and update vendor profiles, including county coverage area, products, fees and base schedule information
- Review and monitor vendor performance and quality and counsel as necessary
- Communicate with vendors regarding performance, quality, and billing/payment inquiries
- Assist vendors with ServiceLink applications (EXOS) and mobile apps, including downloads and use
- Meet production goals and accuracy requirements and follow up for appointment updates
- Answer incoming phone calls and work directly with other internal departments
- Maintain team folders and perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLookup, Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Prior mortgage servicing or real estate industry experience highly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to recognize problems outside the normal mandated company, client and state regulations, guidelines and requirements
- The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Detail oriented, efficient and organized
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Must be able to work overtime if needed
- Must be able to multi-task
