- Collect, aggregate, and analyze data in numerous dimensions to identify opportunities for success.
- Present findings to senior leadership with proposed solutions, quantified impacts, and timelines for execution.
- Establish repeatable and scalable framework to monitor measures of success weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Proficient Microsoft product experience
- Exceptional interpersonal/communication and business partnering skills.
