About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Client Enterprise Services team in managing queries and escalation priority delivery
  • Operate across the full suite of Enterprise and Wholesale products and delivery activities
  • Prioritise work orders across all workgroups
  • Prioritise incident resolution
  • Align and realign dependent delivery workflows
  • Direct external and internal workgroups to take action
  • Maintain a tracker of delivery support activities and outcomes
  • Provide weekly reporting on completed and in-progress work using the provided template
  • Cover standard BAU business hours from 7am–7pm
  • Work with Client-provided systems, equipment, and office facilities
  • Adapt to changes in resource requirements and formal stand down/reduced operation periods

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience working for a National Telecommunications Carrier preferred
  • Telecommunications experience
  • Ability to work across Enterprise and Wholesale products and delivery activities
  • Availability to cover BAU business hours from 7am–7pm
  • Availability for assigned Mon–Fri shift: 07:00–15:00, 11:00–19:00, or 09:00–17:00
  • Minimum of 2 resources must operate from NSW and work from the Client campus
  • One resource may be based in VIC and operate from the Client office
  • Required to attend the office 5 days a week for the initial 3 months
  • After the initial 3 months, minimum 3 days per week operating from the nominated Optus Office
  • Ability to work onshore from the Client Centre Sydney or Client Centre Melbourne offices
