About the role
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to create a steady flow of high-quality talent for immediate and future business needs.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to sales leaders, recommending data-driven strategies to identify and land top-tier revenue generators.
- Proactively hunt and engage passive "sales superstars" through advanced sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards.
- Optimize our Greenhouse ATS workflows to ensure data integrity and a friction-free experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience identifying and closing high-performing sales talent.
- Mastery of Greenhouse; you know how to leverage the tool to move fast without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Expert in structured, behavioral-based interviewing techniques that reveal the true "sales grit" in every candidate.
- Operates with an incredible sense of urgency and the ability to pivot as hiring priorities shift.
