Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree with one year of similar full-time experience working with the ID population
  • 5 years of successful full-time experience working with ID population
  • Documented supervisory experience that promotes effective staff performance
  • Seventy-five-hour training certification & annual continuing education certificates for the twelve months prior
  • Clear criminal history and pass a background check
  • CPR/First Aid license within 30 days of being hired (paid by SA)
  • Current driver's license, car, and car insurance
