About the role
- Responsible for the oversight and supervision of assigned programs
- Ensure programs achieve outcomes set by the Residential Administrator
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals for high-quality care to clients
- Help clients explore new opportunities and independence
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities
- HS diploma
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance
- Preferred Qualifications: BA in Social Services or similar field. NAR/75hr certification, or CNA
