About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and lead the Development PMO, defining project management standards, tools, methodologies, and controls
Oversee a portfolio of datacenter projects including new construction, expansions, retrofits and tenant fit outs
Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and resource availability
Monitor portfolio health, interdependencies, and critical path risks
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to operational readiness standards
Partner with Land Development, Development, Preconstruction, Power Delivery, Engineering, Ops Engineering, IT, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end execution
Manage project and portfolio budgets, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
Establish cost controls and value management practices
Identify, assess, and mitigate project and portfolio-level risks
Provide executive-level dashboards and briefings on schedule, cost, risk, and capacity readiness
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery strategy
Ensure transparency and consistency in communications across global teams
Build, mentor, and lead teams of project and program managers
Help define roles, career paths, and performance metrics
Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Help build company culture where the whole team is more connected and accountable to each other.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
12+ years of experience in program/project management, with 5+ years in datacenter, infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities
Proven experience standing up and leading a PMO
Strong understanding of datacenter development, construction, MEP systems, commissioning, and operational handover
