Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the full accounting cycle A–Z: month-end close, year-end close, reconciliations, VAT, statutory reporting, and audit preparation.
• Build and continuously develop management reporting — deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights to the CFO and leadership team.
• Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Own all finance-related systems including ERP (Business Central), payment platforms, and reporting tools.
• Manage relationships with external accounting consultants, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
• Provide finance support to B2B, Marketplace (Amazon), and Online/D2C channels: customer creation, credit checks, AR review, collections, and invoicing.
• Lead the finance team (currently 2 + 1 incoming) with a proactive, high-standard mentality.
