About the role
- Own and evolve the Serve Robotics brand identity ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
- Translate brand strategy into clear visual systems guidelines and templates that scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization to execute on-brand marketing materials.
- Design across wide range of deliverables (digital assets, print collateral, on-robot decals, etc).
- Ensure consistent, high quality design across all deliverables that bear our brand.
- Provide creative guidance and feedback to business partners and other designers as needed.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of design experience with strong focus on brand.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into clear visual narratives.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft in both digital and printed deliverables.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Expert level skills in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related workflows.
