• Work closely with government stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet business objectives and drive process improvements.
• Lead architectural discussions and solution design of ServiceNow modules, ensuring the platform meets scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
• Work with Cloud architect; serve as the primary technical resource responsible for the ServiceNow platform's architecture, design, and integration.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, including platform governance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers and system administrators to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Lead efforts to optimize the performance and functionality of ServiceNow through monitoring, maintenance, and tuning.
• Provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow implementations, including data migration, workflow automation, and portal development.

• Assist in the configuration and administration of enterprise COTS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, AWS, UiPath, etc).
• Support the development of proof-of-concept workflows using Agentic AI, Generative AI models, or predictive analytics within our existing platform ecosystems.
• Help build and test API connections (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between core platforms and external tools.
• Document technical configurations and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
