About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee day-to-day business operations
Align department leaders around company goals
Drive execution across the organization
Help remove operational bottlenecks
Create clarity, accountability, and momentum
Enable the founder to focus on vision, content, and business development
Manage operational infrastructure and ensure cross-functional alignment
Support revenue forecasting, business planning, and operational reporting
Monitor business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with leadership to drive organizational strategy and execution
Lead operational planning for future growth and team expansion
Implement technology, automation, AI tools, and operational efficiencies
Facilitate communication, decision-making, and accountability across leadership teams
Support ongoing EOS implementation and operational cadence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven operations leadership experience in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment
Experience scaling businesses from approximately $5M-$10M+ revenue and beyond
Demonstrated success leading teams, departments, and organizational initiatives
Strong experience with hiring, firing, coaching, and performance management
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience building systems, processes, and organizational structure
Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, business planning, and operational analysis
Proven ability to operate independently and make sound business decisions
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience serving as a true operational partner to a founder or executive leader.
