Troubleshoot client issues and research resolutions
Provide timely, detailed, and valuable responses to clients
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Tax, and Risk to ensure client inquiries are addressed appropriately
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details
Maintain a professional, friendly tone even in high-pressure situations

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of prior experience in live chat or ticketing systems required
Prior customer service experience required
Strong analytical skills and ability to research complex trading queries
Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively to clients
Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
Strong written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask while managing time effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior remote work experience is a plus
