About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own brand stewardship and ensure consistency across all content and channels
- Extract content from live sessions, events, and internal materials to create scalable assets
- Prepare and brief leadership for appearances including events, podcasts, and presentations
- Set creative direction for content across social and media platforms
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking content strategy and calendar
- Partner with internal content and creative team members to execute on brand vision

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, executive, or personal brand
- Proven experience building or scaling a personal or executive brand
- Strong writing and content strategy capabilities
- Experience working across multiple content formats and platforms
- Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content
- Familiarity with AI tools to support content creation and systems
