About the role
- Internal communication: Planning and implementing a clear, consistent internal communication strategy
- Informing employees about company decisions, projects, events and IT topics
- Managing employee newsletters, intranet content and internal campaigns
- Promoting an open corporate culture through workshops, meetings and digital communication channels
- Supporting managers in communicating changes and strategic objectives
- External communication: Responsible for external corporate communication to customers, partners and the public
- Drafting press releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts and marketing materials
- Maintaining and further developing the corporate website and social media channels
- Supporting customer events, trade fairs, webinars and online events
- Monitoring communication channels and analysing KPIs to optimise the strategy
- General tasks: Close collaboration with executive management, marketing and IT teams
- Acting as an interface/liaison to the Integrated Communications unit of UKSH
- Managing external service providers (e.g. agencies, photographers, copywriters)
- Ensuring consistent brand and corporate communication
- Developing and implementing communication guidelines and templates
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing or a comparable qualification
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in internal and external corporate communication, ideally in the IT or technology sector
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in social media management, content creation, PR and employee communication
- Independent, structured and creative working approach
- High affinity for IT topics and good technical understanding
- Team-oriented, with a confident manner when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
