About the role

  • Review and validate defenses, appeals, and petitions drafted by the legal team;
  • Advise the drafting team on procedural matters relevant to filings, always aligned with the client's policy;
  • Develop legal theories and arguments for strategic application in lawsuits;
  • Draft procedural documents of medium to high complexity;
  • Assist in defining litigation strategies together with other team members;
  • Ensure standardization and technical quality of templates and procedural documents.

Requirements

  • Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Solid experience in drafting and validating procedural documents;
  • Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure law;
  • Excellent communication skills.
