About the role
- Analysis of high-volume court cases
- Drafting legal documents, such as petitions, appeals, and legal opinions
- Monitoring procedural deadlines
- Preparing calculations for judgment liquidation
- Conducting diligences at courts and tribunals
Requirements
- Law degree (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of civil procedure and consumer law
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and in the PJe, Projudi, E-SAJ, and Eproc systems
- Familiarity with court systems
- Prior experience in law firms
- Knowledge of legal systems (PJe, Projudi, E-SAJ, Eproc, etc.)
- Experience in case/file analysis
- Judicial calculations
- Excel
