About the role
- Analyze and draft legal pleadings and documents
- Direct involvement in execution proceedings and enforcement of judgments in the civil sphere
- Conduct legal and case-law research
- Prepare legal opinions and reports
- Draft motions for enforcement of judgment, challenges to enforcement proceedings, embargos to execution, submissions regarding calculations, requests for asset freeze/unfreeze (Sisbajud), and filings via Renajud, Infojud and other systems
Requirements
- Law degree (complete)
- Active OAB registration
- Experience with enforcement/execution of judgments
- Knowledge of civil procedure and related legislation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience with electronic judicial systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, Eproc, etc.)
