About the role
- Conduct analysis and screening of large volumes of cases;
- Monitor publications in official gazettes and electronic systems;
- Ensure correct scheduling and control of legal deadlines;
- Classify notices and route matters to the responsible teams;
- Support the organization of workflow and the updating of internal systems;
- Ensure compliance with the firm's internal procedures and operational standards;
- Act preventively to identify risks related to deadlines.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration;
- Previous experience in legal practice, preferably with large-scale cases;
- Knowledge of civil procedure law;
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile;
- Ability to handle a high volume of matters;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Organization and proactivity;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
