About the role

  • Perform analysis and triage of high-volume case files;
  • Monitor publications in official gazettes and electronic systems;
  • Properly schedule and track procedural deadlines;
  • Classify notices and route matters to the responsible teams;
  • Support organization of workflow and update internal systems;
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the firm’s operational standards;

Requirements

  • Law degree with active OAB registration;
  • Prior experience in legal practice, preferably with large-scale (high-volume) litigation;
  • Knowledge of civil procedural law;
  • Organized, analytical and detail-oriented profile;
  • Ability to handle a high volume of matters;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • Organized and proactive;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
