Previous experience required in a law firm or in an agency serving law firms.
Solid knowledge of the main event calendar for the legal and business sectors (e.g., Fenalaw, OAB conferences, Febraban Tech, industry association events, legal awards, etc.).
Ability to plan, organize and execute corporate events (in-person and online).
Experience in sponsorship management — both for legal events and initiatives aimed at other relevant sectors (e.g., finance, retail, technology).
Established relationships with event organizers and legal entities are preferred.
Ability to monitor contracts and ensure delivery of sponsorship deliverables.
Strong network of contacts within the legal community and interest in expanding that network.
Strategic mindset to connect brand, events and business opportunities.
Ability to align with internal areas (partners, legal, communications, business development) to extract real value from each activity.
Organization, discipline and attention to detail to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Creativity to propose innovative participation formats and brand activation at events.
Good interpersonal communication to interact with partners, stakeholders and suppliers.
Knowledge of project management tools or CRM will be considered a differential.
English and/or Spanish (desirable) to support international events and global relationships.
