About the role

  • Plan and execute in-person, hybrid and digital events (trade shows, conferences, product launches, workshops, brand activations, internal events, etc.).
  • Manage events from concept to completion, including briefing, timelines, objective setting, visual identity, vendor procurement, budgeting and post-event evaluation.
  • Oversee vendors (catering, venue rental, technology, set design, technical crew, etc.), ensuring quality, deadlines and compliance with company policies.
  • Control event budgets, obtain quotes, lead negotiations and provide detailed financial reporting.
  • Coordinate the production of supporting materials (presentations, invitations, giveaways, signage, etc.) in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Manage RSVPs, participant logistics, registration, transportation and accommodation when required.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR and other departments to ensure events are aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor and assess event performance using KPIs, satisfaction surveys and post-event reports.
  • Research market trends and propose innovations and continuous improvements to event formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Events or a related field.
  • Proven experience organizing and managing medium and large-scale events.
  • Experience with corporate, internal and external events.
  • Knowledge of digital events and online broadcasting tools (Zoom, Teams, streaming platforms, etc.).
  • **Desired knowledge:**
  • Project and timeline management (Trello, Asana, Monday.com or similar).
  • Microsoft Office suite and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Basic understanding of branding and experiential marketing.
