Plan and execute in-person, hybrid and digital events (trade shows, conferences, product launches, workshops, brand activations, internal events, etc.).
Manage events from concept to completion, including briefing, timelines, objective setting, visual identity, vendor procurement, budgeting and post-event evaluation.
Oversee vendors (catering, venue rental, technology, set design, technical crew, etc.), ensuring quality, deadlines and compliance with company policies.
Control event budgets, obtain quotes, lead negotiations and provide detailed financial reporting.
Coordinate the production of supporting materials (presentations, invitations, giveaways, signage, etc.) in partnership with the marketing team.
Manage RSVPs, participant logistics, registration, transportation and accommodation when required.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR and other departments to ensure events are aligned with corporate objectives.
Monitor and assess event performance using KPIs, satisfaction surveys and post-event reports.
Research market trends and propose innovations and continuous improvements to event formats.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Events or a related field.
Proven experience organizing and managing medium and large-scale events.
Experience with corporate, internal and external events.
Knowledge of digital events and online broadcasting tools (Zoom, Teams, streaming platforms, etc.).
**Desired knowledge:**
Project and timeline management (Trello, Asana, Monday.com or similar).
Microsoft Office suite and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
Intermediate to advanced English.
Basic understanding of branding and experiential marketing.
