Project Manager

• Manage manufacturing operations projects across one or more plants involving about five or more functional groups to meet project deliverables of cost, time, and performance.
• Define project deliverables, develop schedule with dependencies, identify critical path, track progress, and ensure interim deadlines and timely completion of project.
• Capture operations related requirements necessary to meet project goals.
• Secure appropriate resources, assemble and kick-off project team, and assign individual responsibilities.
• Proactively resolve project problems and conflicts by involving appropriate stakeholders.
• Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on project status.
• Identify, track, and ensure resolution of project challenges, issues, and risks. Remove roadblocks and obstacles.
• Leverage functional support partners including Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Lean/Business Excellence, Safety, Human Resources, IT, Customer Service, and Finance.
