Accounts Payable

• Sort, allocate and record supplier invoices
• Create supplier accounts
• Support the company in the digitization/e‑invoicing of purchase and overhead invoices
• Implement allocation workflow processes from purchase coding through to payment execution
• Enter bank statements and cash transactions
• Monitor blocked/on‑hold invoices
• Handle supplier follow‑ups and reminders
• Manage and support specific supplier requests: debit notes, responses to statutory auditors
• Perform various administrative tasks (filing, correspondence…)
• Prepare documents required for tax filings (e.g., DEB)

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Supervise general and subsidiary accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable and collections)
• Prepare and monitor period-end and year-end closings, annual financial statements and tax filings
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and assist in preparing consolidated financial statements
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, credit insurers and accounting software vendors
• Lead, motivate and train the accounting team
• Improve and modernize the accounting department (IT tools, processes, digitalization, implementation of e-invoicing, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with accounting legislation and tax filings; anticipate and manage accounting and tax developments.

• En parfaite cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale de l’entreprise, vous prenez en main le pilotage et le développement d’une gamme essentielle de l'entreprise
• Gestion du cycle de vie des produits (définition d’offre, tarification, création et maintenance des documents d’aide à la vente)
• Soutien aux équipes commerciales (formation, accompagnement terrain, aide à la définition sur les dossiers techniques, négociation de contrats cadres, organisation de salons et de journées « clients », organisation d’actions promotionnelles)
• Suivi technique de nos fournisseurs et partenaires (y compris le suivi des SAV)
• Mise à jour des bases de données (PIM, ERP)
• Participation à l’animation des réseaux sociaux en collaboration avec les chargé(e)s de marketing
