About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the category narrative, position the product for travelers and companies alike, and establish Serko.ai as a leading voice in an AI-first world.
- Optimize the full acquisition funnel and demand generation loops. You'll manage performance efficiency (CAC, ROI) and direct a global performance agency and budget.
- Partner directly with Product and Data Science to eliminate user friction, analyze behaviors, and fast-track product-market fit.
- Build multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels, leveraging modern GenAI tools to maximize speed and personalization.
- Ensure Serko.ai is a cited authority within LLMs, AI search engines, and chat interfaces, while relentlessly optimizing landing pages and user journeys.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Growth Engine Builder: Proven track record scaling a business from 0-to-1 or 1-to-10, with measurable success across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Product-First Intuition: Deep understanding of PLG models and a history of working seamlessly alongside Product and Engineering teams.
- Data-Driven Strategist: Highly analytical mindset capable of translating user behavior and performance metrics into actionable growth insights.
- AI-Forward Thinker: Natural curiosity and familiarity with GenAI tools to drive efficiency and innovation in modern marketing.
