About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and deploy lifecycle campaigns in Braze, including email, push, and in-app messaging, executing both one-off campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Translate marketing briefs into live campaigns quickly and accurately, managing campaign scheduling, approvals, and deployment.
  • Execute lifecycle campaigns across core journeys such as onboarding, retention, reactivation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain Braze Canvas journeys and triggered campaigns, setting up segmentation and audience targeting, and using Liquid and dynamic content for personalisation.
  • Own campaign QA, including audience validation, personalisation checks, and rendering, ensuring campaigns deliver correctly across channels and devices.
  • Work closely with designers to develop optimised email and in-app creative that supports campaign objectives and maintains brand consistency.
  • Partner with the external martech agency on complex builds, integrations, technical improvements, and to prioritise support where needed.
  • Monitor campaign engagement and conversion performance to identify opportunities for improving targeting, messaging, and timing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong hands-on experience using Braze to build and send campaigns.
  • Experience executing lifecycle and triggered campaigns.
  • Experience working with design teams to develop email and lifecycle creative.
  • Experience in SaaS, or product-led growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation and personalisation.
  • High attention to detail and campaign QA discipline.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses such as BigQuery.
