About the role
- Lead staff in the development, maintenance and support of critical client applications
- Play an integral role on self-directed work teams supporting high priority development projects
- Manage project work including application architecture design and development, integration with 3rd party software, data conversion, new development and modifications to existing code
- Lead projects that include designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, and web development
- Ensure availability online and attend all scheduled meetings during client standard working hours (7:45 am – 4:30 pm Central Time)
- Apply Agile/Scrum development methodology and use TFS/AzureDevOps/Jira for project management
- Prefer familiarity with client application systems, procedures, and development standards
Requirements
- 12+ years of project management experience
- 6 years of Agile/Scrum experience
- 6 years of TFS/AzureDevOps/Jira experience
- At least 1 year of previous work in government and claim processing
- Availability to be online and attend all scheduled meetings during client standard working hours of 7:45 am – 4:30 pm Central Time
- Familiarity with client application systems, procedures, and development standards (preferred)
- Experience leading staff in development, maintenance and support of critical applications
- Experience with application architecture design and development, integration with 3rd party software, data conversion, new development and modifications to existing code
- Experience designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, and web development
- Hardware/Software skills: C#, Object Oriented Design, MVC/MVVM, Visual Studio, .NET Core, MS Team Foundation Server/AzureDevOps, Oracle/SQL/Oracle PL-SQL
- Microsoft Azure Cloud experience (nice to have)
- Application development experience (nice to have)
