About the role

  • Architect and implement solutions in Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, and cloud migration initiatives
  • Support and manage Office 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and related services
  • Maintain and optimize Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure and VMware environments
  • Balance support for both on-premise systems and cloud-based platforms
  • Manage and enhance backup strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems
  • Lead infrastructure projects tied to our strategic shift toward cloud-first technologies
  • Support core network services, including virtual networks, firewalls, wireless access, and DNS/DHCP
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and application teams to deliver secure, scalable systems
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex system and infrastructure issues
  • Participate in our on-call rotation and support storm/emergency response when needed

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure (systems and network)
  • Strong understanding of core networking concepts and virtual networking
  • Effective communicator with strong troubleshooting and project leadership skills
  • AZ-104 certification (AZ-900 required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams/VoIP platforms
  • Exposure to Linux, SolarWinds, or Cisco environments.
