About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage projects from a commercial perspective, handling everything from the initial order through to final delivery.
- Support procurement of components and maintain close relationships with our suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels closely to ensure components are in the right place at the right time.
- Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, from preparatory accounting to master data management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
- Strong hands-on mentality — no task is too small or too complex when the team needs support.
- Motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than deep industry-specific experience in robotics.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
