About the role
- Analyze CRM opportunity data to identify win/loss drivers, competitive patterns, and persona-level insights.
- Conduct sales collateral adherence and adoption analysis to assess utilization, effectiveness, and gaps across the field.
- Support market insights initiatives by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data related to customer needs, positioning, and competitive intelligence.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Product Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners.
- Improve operational efficiency within Product Marketing by standardizing analysis, reporting, and insight-sharing processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into trends tactical recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing tools, and data visualization/reporting.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain insights to marketing leadership.
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and comfort operating with limited oversight.
- English Proficiency.
