About the role

  • Conduct market and competitive research to support Sequoia’s GTM strategy and SAM (Sequoia Addressable Market) analysis.
  • Analyze dashboards and reports from Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools—focusing on interpretation rather than building new dashboards.
  • Evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel, including lead volume, velocity, and conversion across every stage.
  • Assess what happens after a lead is created, identifying leakage, bottlenecks, and acceleration opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently what’s working and what’s not across campaigns, channels, programs, and BA (Business Advisor) follow‑up.
  • Analyze ROI of marketing programs, identify touch patterns that correlate with closed‑won outcomes, and highlight where marketing-sourced leads get stuck in pipeline.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with demand generation, BA leadership, marketing technology, and product marketing to align funnel insights with GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation analytics, or similar data‑driven roles.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret dashboards and performance reports across Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing marketing funnels, performance trends, attribution patterns, and pipeline dynamics.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross‑functional partners, including leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data trends to actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptive to fast‑paced environments.
  • English Proficiency.
