About the role
- Play a critical role in supporting operations by handling key client tasks, delivering efficient workflows, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the success of our mid-enterprise group markets.
- Focus on non-client-facing duties, involving handling policy documentation, managing client records, and supporting client service deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on impactful client deliverables and play an essential role in our benefits renewal cycle.
- Monitor competitors and market positioning to inform strategic initiatives.
- Work directly with our insurance carrier partners to ensure accurate policy issuance and updates.
- Process, organize, and maintain client files, policy documents, and claims data.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of client and policy records.
- Generate reports on policy renewals, claims status, and other metrics.
- Monitor policy renewals and assist in the collection of renewals.
- Manage and organize client documentation, records, and databases.
- Process and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit RFP’s and manage RFP responses.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Enter, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets or databases.
- Generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate information flow.
- Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and internal memos.
- Support in maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support for special projects or initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- 2-3+ years in administration, internal customer service, analysis or a related field.
- Prior experience working in financial services, consulting, or healthcare is highly desired.
- Proven ability to create and maintain systems for delivering white glove customer service.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring client success.
- English Proficiency.
