About the role

  • Act as Functional Consultant/Lead for Oracle SaaS Cloud implementations
  • Prepare and review functional requirements for implementations and enhancements
  • Provide functional solutions and guidance to clients and functional leads
  • Support and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking issues through closure
  • Troubleshoot functional issues in collaboration with technical teams
  • Prepare Oracle TAR documentation and required functional artifacts
  • Apply Oracle AIM methodology and templates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle SaaS Cloud business processes
  • Work independently, drive tasks to completion, and support team issue resolution
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Oracle SaaS Cloud projects
  • Experience working as a Functional Lead or Functional Consultant in Oracle Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Participation in at least two Oracle Cloud implementation and/or support projects
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS Cloud business processes
  • Basic technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with technical teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
