Product Designer

• Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows
• Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life
• Explore how agentic AI workflows should behave: what they do automatically, when they ask for input, how they explain their reasoning
• Move fluidly between broad concepts and tactical deliverables, from sketching a finance copilot to refining invoice approval interactions
• Prototype rapidly and test ideas with internal stakeholders and customers
• Contribute to design reviews and help build a strong design culture at Sequence

Solutions Engineer

• Manage the customer implementation lifecycle from signature to go-live
• Translate complex customer pricing models into the Sequence data model
• Deliver expert guidance and support to customers on how to accelerate their onboarding and optimise their usage of the Sequence platform
• Become a trusted source of product feedback for Product and Engineering as the frontline operator working with customers every day
• Build and scale the onboarding playbook and implementation function; develop and execute global strategies for external partners
