Key responsibilities & impact

build and cultivate an empowered team culture for high performance and collaboration
ensure a successful execution of the commercial launch strategy with clear sales direction
facilitate effective business planning, customer targeting and account prioritization
empower the field team with clinical acumen regarding diabetes and insulin therapy
contribute to company objectives by meeting/exceeding sales goals and providing product training support
partner cross functionally to enhance customer experience with Sequel products
conduct regular field visits for coaching feedback
mentor new and junior RBL’s
lead national projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
8+ years field sales experience with a minimum of 5 years related industry sales experience in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, and managed care
demonstrated history of success leading a field sales team
