About the role

  • Responsible for delivering quantifiably successful outcomes while building and leading cross-functional teams for LATAM
  • Steward regional P&L and collaborate closely with the executive team
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of target customers, active opportunities and regional strategies within LATAM markets
  • Manage and coach teams of Account Executives, Marketers, Pre-sales, and Customer Success professionals to achieve and exceed targets
  • Train Account Executives to be highly responsive, personally accountable, and individually successful
  • Monitor sales performance: pipeline health, progression, monthly forecasts, and bookings to ensure quota attainment
  • Monitor planning and budgeting targets to ensure efficient growth
  • Assist teams throughout sales cycles and play an active role in competing effectively and selling SEON's value
  • Implement and model best practices for customer engagement and lead by example
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Lead hiring, interviewing, training and ramp-up of new team members across functions
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, sales enablement, onboarding, and success services to ensure world-class client engagements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings and position SEON effectively in the market
  • Identify and recommend improvements in growth, go-to-market strategy, efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent B2B SaaS industry experience
  • At least 10-15 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams with AEs delivering $1M+ in ARR bookings
  • Proven track record in leading new business teams in consistently acquiring new customers through outbound prospecting
  • Experience selling fraud, compliance, identity software, or related products preferred but not required
  • Able to consistently and accurately forecast team performance on a monthly and quarterly time frame
  • Able to attract, develop, and retain senior talented leaders within a SaaS business and to optimize their performance
  • Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
