About the role
- Engage in in-person, on-demand, and company-wide training to understand our business, products, clients, and culture.
- Shadow various teams, including Technical Services, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Value Enablement, to learn our comprehensive approach.
- Develop expertise in the Client Journey, understanding key milestones and client outcomes.
- Attend client calls, user training sessions, and platform demos.
- Enhance Excel and Google Analytics skills through data projects.
- Build project and time management skills by documenting and maintaining client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Comfortable presenting to an audience
