About the role

  • Provide complex technical guidance and support all staff using personal computers and PC software.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems that may occur in the operation of computer systems and software applications.
  • Coordinate with other IT staff when needed and follow through to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Install and expand PC systems and desktop hardware and software.
  • Perform repairs on PC hardware.
  • Participate in the evaluation of system needs including the recommendation of appropriate software product solutions to meet those needs.
  • Innovate through our agile development process; apply creativity and innovation to drive new solutions.
  • Learn from Sentry resources including Sentry University and LinkedIn Learning for ongoing development.
  • Grow in career through ongoing conversations about growth and development.
  • Contribute: as a Support Center Analyst, provide guidance and support to end users.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
