About the role
- Provide complex technical guidance and support all staff using personal computers and PC software.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems that may occur in the operation of computer systems and software applications.
- Coordinate with other IT staff when needed and follow through to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Install and expand PC systems and desktop hardware and software.
- Perform repairs on PC hardware.
- Participate in the evaluation of system needs including the recommendation of appropriate software product solutions to meet those needs.
- Innovate through our agile development process; apply creativity and innovation to drive new solutions.
- Learn from Sentry resources including Sentry University and LinkedIn Learning for ongoing development.
- Grow in career through ongoing conversations about growth and development.
- Contribute: as a Support Center Analyst, provide guidance and support to end users.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
