- Contribute: In this role, you'll continually evaluate emerging needs, new technologies, and measure the success of solutions to refine and incorporate adjustments to the product vision and strategy.
- Formulate and articulate a clear IT product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
- Engage in extensive industry, customer, and competitor research, conducting thorough analyses and synthesizing insights to inform strategic direction and share broadly across the organization.
- Navigate organizational boundaries, foster a culture of innovation, and leverage a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s capabilities and technology to facilitate product discovery.
- Perform continuous evaluations to determine the evolving product's effectiveness in addressing customer needs and fulfilling business objectives, utilizing comprehensive metrics and evaluation techniques to monitor its long-term impact and success.
- Develop strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Cultivate and nurture strong cross-departmental relationships, engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at every level of the organization to promote alignment, transparency, and advancement toward a shared vision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Thorough understanding of business strategy, industry trends, and customer expectations
- Strong technical understanding of systems, processes, and relevant technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
- Superior communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentations skills required across all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements
- Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.
