About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

design, develop, test, and maintain our Publishing platform
help to shape the systems that power how we distribute content and information across Sentry and our customers
collaborate actively with team members through design reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, and scrum ceremonies
design, develop, and implement new features and solutions for our Publishing platform, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and user experience
mentor peers through thoughtful code reviews and technical discussions, sharing your knowledge and design perspectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
Demonstrated experience in making architectural and design choices highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to articulate design suggestions while considering various perspectives and collaboratively problem-solving.
Passion for code quality, thoughtful design, and continuous improvement.
Minimum of 2 years related work experience. 3-5 or more years preferred.
