National Powersports Business Development Executive
SentryNational Powersports Business Development Executive driving revenue growth in motorcycle/powersports sector. Leading sales strategies and marketing campaigns while managing distribution channels and partners.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct and oversee external sales strategies for the motorcycle/powersports line of business
- Collaborate with business area leadership to develop and drive strategies that improve distribution opportunities
- Lead the development of new and alternative distribution opportunities that may utilize multiple channels and technologies
- Drive the team to cultivate, solicit, and manage new, existing, and strategic partners in the personal lines spaces in which we operate
- Create vision and strategy designed to expand distribution in effort to enhance growth opportunities for our products, while coordinating and communicating with other leaders within the organization
- Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion
- Provide leadership in the development of marketing campaigns designed to promote the brand and engage distribution partners across channels
- Administer human resource related activities. Select, develop, motivate, and recognize associates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or other related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage others
- Extensive knowledge of consumer products marketing and specialty products
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Leadership, creativity, problem solving, and analytical skills with proven ability to effectively communicate, develop relationships, and make quality decisions
- Ability to travel as necessary to satisfactorily complete their job responsibilities as assigned
