About the role
- grow and develop a team of engineers

Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in software engineering
- 4+ years of people management experience
- strong technical background in data platforms
- experience with distributed systems and query optimization
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with Python, Rust, or similar programming language is a plus
- familiarity with observability, developer tools, or event-driven systems is a plus
