About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for annual new business goals for assigned territory.
- Responsible for assisting in new lead generation along with making cold/warm calls
- Understand and take action on customer needs
- Make sales presentations to board members and homeowners
- Manage sales lead database
- Respond to and successfully handle any new business inquiries as quickly as possible
- As assigned, situationally work with division and/or home office resources to save and cure existing Most at Risk identified communities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of proven success in an outside sales role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to travel within an assigned territory, including air and overnight travel
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous Community Management Experience, preferred but not required
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
