About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
- Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings
- Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, maintenance, and architectural requests and approvals
- Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others
- Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due
- Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
- Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards
- Manage the onboarding and exit of associations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have previous Community Management Experience
- Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
- Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
