About the role
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure all departments work efficiently toward company goals
- Monitor progress of all departments to ensure goals, KPIs, and OKRs are being met
- Hold managers and team leads accountable for execution of epics/tasks and delivery on commitments
- Escalate delays, blockers, and underperformance directly to the COO
- Maintain and improve processes across teams (reporting, Jira workflows, task tracking)
- Maintain visibility into workload, utilization, and productivity across teams
- Introduce and monitor routines for weekly updates, check-ins, and deadlines
- Act as a bridge between departments to align on priorities and ensure projects have clear owners, timelines, and responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the CEO
- Promote a results-driven culture focused on outcomes and drive initiatives for operational excellence and cost efficiency
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements
