Operations

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure all departments work efficiently toward company goals
• Monitor progress of all departments to ensure goals, KPIs, and OKRs are being met
• Hold managers and team leads accountable for execution of epics/tasks and delivery on commitments
• Escalate delays, blockers, and underperformance directly to the COO
• Maintain and improve processes across teams (reporting, Jira workflows, task tracking)
• Maintain visibility into workload, utilization, and productivity across teams
• Introduce and monitor routines for weekly updates, check-ins, and deadlines
• Act as a bridge between departments to align on priorities and ensure projects have clear owners, timelines, and responsibilities
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the CEO
• Promote a results-driven culture focused on outcomes and drive initiatives for operational excellence and cost efficiency
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements
