About the role

  • Handle the complete purchasing process for IT equipment, hardware, peripherals, software licenses, and related services.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Work with the Growth team to organize the purchase of branded merchandise and promotional materials.
  • Support procurement needs for a fully remote workforce, including equipment delivery and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Communicate and coordinate with executive leadership and management teams on procurement-related matters.
  • Process and manage purchase requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Track orders, deliveries, inventory, and asset allocation.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and financial controls.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and pricing to support informed procurement decisions.
  • Support administrative procurement tasks and related services, when required.
  • Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment
  • Experience procuring IT hardware, software, cloud services, and marketing or promotional materials
  • Understanding of procurement workflows, contract management, and vendor negotiations
  • Ability to work with procurement, inventory, or financial tracking systems
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
