About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with customers through planning and execution of programs aligned with their organization and business strategy
- Drive the end-to-end People and talent agenda with business leaders as the company grows and scales
- Create thoughtful People strategies to enhance business performance
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Total Rewards, and regional People business partners
- Ensure top talent is placed in critical roles and coach employees to expand their impact
- Design and implement training programs with Learning & Development
- Identify organizational needs, evaluate options, develop solutions, and provide tactical team support
- Coach leaders on employee relations, discipline, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Collaborate on organizational change, performance decisions, talent development, engagement, communications, and program rollouts
- Lead coaching and feedback efforts and make recommendations
- Assess organizational health and effectiveness and drive improvements
- Use Workforce Dashboard and Workday analytics to support growth, retention, and leadership decisions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on People and Organizational topics including talent development, performance management, M&A, and engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in a strategic HRBP role
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with global and distributed teams
- Executive presence, resilience, consultative style, and ability to simplify complex ideas
- Workday experience required
- Ability to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and develop immediate and long-term solutions
- High business acumen
- Excellent communication, facilitation, planning, and project management skills
- Proven experience partnering closely with senior organizational leaders
- Experience scaling processes and organizations in a technology environment highly desired
- Ability to embed in a business unit and understand its success and interactions with other business units
- Good judgment, friendliness, approachability, and sense of humor
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
