About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with executive leaders to develop and execute People strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives, including organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and operating model changes.
  • Coach senior leaders on organizational leadership, talent management, change leadership, and team effectiveness.
  • Drive talent strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability planning.
  • Utilize People analytics and workforce insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize organizational performance.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, providing guidance that balances business needs, employee experience, and compliance.
  • Partner with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and People Operations to deliver integrated People solutions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance.
  • Oversee a team of two People Business Partners and one People Generalist.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a strategic People Business Partner supporting senior executives.
  • Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive business and people strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leveraging People analytics and HR technology (Workday experience required) to support business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in high-growth, technology, healthcare, financial services, or similarly complex organizations is preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Prosci, or other HR and change management certifications are a plus.
  • Experience supporting global teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
