About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with corporate, brand, and revenue objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing social team.
- Partner with Brand, Threat Intelligence, Product Marketing, Tech Evangelism, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, Talent Brand, and Investor Relations teams to optimize social content creation and ensure alignment.
- Elevate SentinelOne’s thought leadership in AI and cybersecurity.
- Build executive social programs for key leaders (CEO, CTO, etc.).
- Drive creative storytelling across product launches, threat reports, events, and breaking news.
- Oversee always-on content calendars and rapid-response engagement for key AI and cybersecurity moments.
- Own KPIs including engagement, share of voice, audience growth, and marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Lead brand objectives side of paid social investment strategy and optimization.
- Report on key social metrics to marketing and company leadership.
- Grow and nurture a community of security practitioners, SentinelOne customers and partners, security researchers, AI and cyber influencers, and investors.
- Enlist and empower employees, executives, and partners to amplify news, content, and accolades.
- Provide crisis communications support with real-time monitoring and community engagement.
- Continually test emerging platforms, channels, new formats, and AI-enabled content tools.
- Continuously refine creative and copy based on performance data and platform evolution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in corporate social media.
- 5+ years leading teams in B2B technology.
- AI and/or cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience driving measurable business outcomes from social media.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn and enterprise-focused channels.
- Strong executive presence and experience advising C-level leaders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social listening and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing agency partners and global programs.
- Experience supporting public company communications.
- Familiarity with crisis response in high-visibility industries.
